"We at the Cordia Serviced Apartments acknowledge our responsibility to respect the environment and manage our impacts to benefit the communities in which we operate. We are committed to measuring and managing those impacts and finding innovative ways to reduce them."

ü  Implement sound environmental practices in our apartment's design, development and operation.

ü  Encourage the development and integration of sustainable technologies.

ü  Endeavour to reduce our energy and water and reuse and recycle the resources consumed by our business wherever practical.

ü  Engage our Guests, Colleagues, Owners, Suppliers and Contractors in our efforts to protect the environment.

ü  Provide the training and resources required to meet our objectives.

ü  Monitor, record and benchmark our environmental performance regularly.

ü  Make business decisions that take these commitments into account.

ü  Communicate our policies, practices, and programmes to all our Guests, Colleagues, Owners, Suppliers and Contractors.
